Absolutely! We work with top payment companies which guarantees your safety and security. All billing information is stored on our payment processing partner which has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account.

How long are your contracts?

Billing is on yearly basis.

Can I request refund?

Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds for any reason.

Where is my data located?

All your data is stored in the region of your choice. That is currently in New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada or Australia and it doesn't leave these locations.

Can I track my case?

Yes. All your cases have a unique case number and you can assign cases to other lawyers or experts in and outside your company. For each case you can track documents: when and by who they have been uploaded. You can also see who has accessed them and when. It is also possible to track how much time you and other lawyers have spent on each case.
